New York-based flexible office operator Knotel has announced it will expand its London footprint with two new locations.
Both locations will be in London’s Soho quarters and will total over 23,000 square feet, bringing its overall footprint in the city to 240,000 square feet across 18 locations.
One of the spaces will be situated on Noel Street and take over 11,000 square feet, while the other will take up 11,900 square feet at Soho Square.
Eugene Lee, chief investment officer at Knotel, said that the company hopes to be in 15 different cities worldwide by the end of 2019.
“In every city where we are, we will double or more before the end of the year. We will also expand within cities and make our products better,” said Edward Shenderovich, co-founder and chairman of Knotel.
“Ultimately, we want to bring flexibility to companies across a number of sectors. Not only flexibility in terms of being able to flex up and down in the spaces they have, but also to have flexibility in the space that they occupy as it relates to their business processes.”
